I was paying on my capitol one, my cards got stolen so I reported it the captiol told me to wait to see if there was any charges I did but yet still made a mim. payment . when we got the bill they raise the mim I thought maybe they use the card. I wanted the acct closed. next month the mim payment was 900.00 which was always 70 dollars before, because myself only charged 1,700 all together. then i had got the card back from the person that took it, he made no charges on it, but found out that Capitol one fees were so high that I could not make payments anymore.

i get letters, etc but don't know which one is the best debt consolidation.

Could I get help from you even if I have 3 Pay Day loans and my bank account is overdrawn from their return fees and have killed me.

Does anyone knkow if AAA PayDay Advance UT, llc is a legal company? I live in Louisiana and the pay day lenders, internet or otherwise, or not regulated by OFI; however, I have paid well over the $400 I originally borrowed. Because they would not "work" with me on a settlement, I have revoked the ACH and closed that account. Also, 3B Pay Day loans and LoanShop Online (which I get emails from them and LTS marketing)...If anyone has some info, I would appreciate it...

Anyone ever hear of "Progressive" in New Haven, CT? phone number: 855.223.7606 x518 Left me a message saying they were looking to serve me to sue me in RI disctrict court for a PDL I am pretty sure I never took out.....all sounds official, but like a scam as they refused to validate the debt or send me a copy of the contract as 'people could use that against them in court'. also said they bought the debt from a company called Fast Cash Advance with which I have no record of dealing..... They were pushy....nothing about them or the number on the internet either.

so today the collection agency called me and said my loan went from 315.00 to 1500.00 and if i didnt pay by 1pm this was going on my license record and a felony.. i tried to work out a pymt plan and he refused is this possible

I recieved a $300 deposit and they took way more out of checking account. I never signed anything from them. I asked the to email a copy of the contract I signed and they just started yelling at me because I was being "rude". They claim I recieved it already but I never recieved it and will not email me a copy. They keep calling my work. How do I stop them?
