I check my report every single month. I noticed there is a TMobile account that says they sent to collections to a company called Superior Management. However, I have not been given any proof of debt owed that I have asked TMobile to send me. Nor have I had any success in trying to contact Superior. So, I disupted the account with Experian. Experian sent me a letter telling me they confirmed the debt with Superior and that the debt stays on my report. So, how is it that Experian can confirm this debt with Superior but I get a busy signal or I get hung up on when I call Superior?

what if I am not sure what and who is holding old debt?

i ran into financial problems three months ago i was on a credit consolidation plan for 15 months without ever missing a payment now i am trying to get back on the program will my creditors give me a hard time getting back on

I had this collection agency call me and threaten with garnishment. I'm in Texas, and I know they can't garnish except for student loans, alimony and child support. Anyway, are these agencies able to say "We can't take a payment arrangement unless its done by checking or savings account"? They said if I want to pay by credit card or money order, that it would have to be the whole amount. Is that legal? Jenn

Does anyone know the 1-800# for alpha processing. I just got off the phone with crosby...and i finally got the original creditor from mr. patrick o'neal....after he told me there was nothing he could do since it had already been "sent upstairs"...wanted to know if i had anything to say that he could document. I asked him which one, and he stated "which one? How many do you have? Are you a habitual fraud?" I said no, i can't pay someone if i don't know who they are. Told him not to call my work again, or i would consider that harrassment...and he said harrassment?
