im in and out of work in debt and in arreas definantley get very depressed.I feel mentally drained. :cry:

Are student loans completely against cooperating with credit couselors?

In October of 2002, we refinanced a loan and their was a settlement for Providian Finance thru Allied International Credit Corp. The balance was paid in full. 3 years later, this debt is still on the books at the credit reporting agencies. How can I get this removed from these companies in a reasonable amount of time?

I recieved a call today from Ellis Crosby & Associates and they said that I needed to pay 650.00 today before 1:00 or they would have an officier come and get me for email fraud

I can't seem to add any more creditors to the list
