If anyone has a debt that's facing judement by the court, sign up for the counseling BEFORE it goes to court!! Don't let what happened to me, happen to you. Credit card company got a judgement against me and I have to pay $300/month or they'll garnish my wages for more (legally). I received a call from the consultant today and they told me they could have helped if I had called them prior to court, they can't help me now. I hope this info. will help someone else.

well i owed $390.00 on a loan with fms, they sold my acct to ellis crosby and associates without contacting me to make arrangements and it was not my first loan with the. they called me at work at 11:30 and told me i had until 2pm to send $665.00 or i was going to jail and all they had to do wa press a button and the quuens court house would arrest me on felony and attempt to defraud. they refuse to send me a letter confirming what the money was for. who can i complain to
