i recieved a letter in the mail today stating that my bank did not honor 3 payday loan places that came thropugh my account im trying to figure out why do they keep sending this to my bank when i made payment arrangements with them what i should i do about this?

i recieved a call from a place called I.C.s today but what shocked me was the person called private yes a blocked caller so i asked the lady who and what did she represent and she said that she represented a place called I.C.S the funny thing is was that about a couple weeks ago i requested a loan from them and they asked me to send in two recent paycheck stubs and i did so anyhow i got denied for the loan cause they said and i quote ''you don't work enough hours'' so why are they calling me now does any one know how to get in contact with these people or ever heard of them?

Anyone dealing with certegy collection agency? I'm just found out that something semi-illegal might have occured but trying to find out if something similar has happenned to someone else. While I did wind up bouncing checks because notifications by mail weren't reaching me, I know I broke law but technically it was unintentional. Now the original company did two things: 1. reported it to police although 2. they also sold debt to certegy. It seems to me that both things are not possible concurrently.

I have an old credit card that that I have been paying on since 2002. I payed off all my credit cards in December, except this one (they wouldn't let me do a settlement). I have been unable to pay the minimum balance the last several months and now they are taking me to court!! My original balance was 658.00 in 2002 (last time I used card) and it has now compliled to over 1900. on the warrant, it says they want 25% interest until payed. I'm not sure what to do at this point. Can they garnish my wages?
