I received a charge on my checking account from usa benefits for 9.95 .I did not authorize this.I received an email from them about 3 weeks ago about receiving a free credit report from them and I emailed them back and told them I was not interested. I think they got my checking account information from a payday loan company that I had used.How can I get my money back.My paycheck had not been deposited yet so I also got a 30 dollar fee from them charging my checking account.I emailed them again but have not received any response.I have never even logged into this site to register with them. I have a letter in which I need to contact them for payment, the debt is valid from a consumer card. Has anyone here dealt with them before? Is it wise to call and pay them? Or should I call HSBC, which is hrsdirect.com and see what they say about the original debt which they turned over to Palisades Collection/ASTA Funding?

HI, I have recently been getting calls from a quick payday loan company that says I owe them 1439 on a 200 dollar loan. Is this possible that they can charge that much more then the amount I borrowed. Hi, My wife had credit cards that she has not paid in over 10 yrs, now We have recieved 2 letters from P.C.'s one for over 7426.76 and the other is 3783.98 is there a time limit where we do not have to pay. I know it is a bad thing to do but how can I pay the both of them that is over 11,000.
