I have 8 payday loans and I am in a viscous cycle of paying one off and needing another. My bankruptcy was discharged back in January and I bought and new car and ect and was doing good until me and my husband decided to get back together and his teenage daughter caused financial problems. Now they are gone and I am trying to recover. What do I do I can't get a loan to pay them off due to bankruptcy and want to get back on track and me and my husband are separating.

got a copy of my credit report, but there is no way to contact any of the people I owe to make arrangements, what do I do?

Hey! me again! I wasn't sure where to direct this question cause its not actually about collection agencies. BUT, can you tell an original creditor (account has never went to a collection agency) to stop calling? or is that just for collection agencies only??? I am a few days late on a payment and I have wrote and explained what was going on and what my intentions are. I gave them the whole plan...then I told them to stop calling me! YET they are calling ten times a day. And I know they have gotten my letter. thanks, shirley

I just saw that debtconsolidationcare has changed their logo, new logo looks better. Great work done, it makes me feel freer and that is what everyone in debt want to achieve too. Me Tintin
