Hi, I owe almost $8400.it is now in collections. I called to set a payment plan and they stated that they do not do payment plans. The most time they give is 12 mos. I can not pay that back in 12 mos. what can I do. Am I just screwed? What if any options do I have? Thank you

I just got off the phone with someone who claimed to be officer Sanchez. She claimed I was being charged with internet fraud, bank fraud and verbal harrassment. Apparently a payday loan that I had taken out with two companies turned me over to this Ellis Crosby and they claimed that if I didn't go to western union and wire $1355 to them by 6:00 today they would come to my work, take my hardrive, and arrest me on the spot. When I told them I didn't have the money she said well we'll take half and you have to get the rest to us this paycheck.

I've found out that my fiancee has outstanding loans, taken out by his ex wife, but in his name. He did not know about this until I checked his credit report, while checking mine. What should I do? what should he do? I have excellent credit, his is understandably poor... how will his score affect mine when we marry?

I got a call from a lady named Kari Marcinkoweicz threating me at home and at my job that I was going to jail for internet fraud for a couple of payday loans that I have.. I dont have a problem paying back the loan but her terms were just unreasonable.. she wanted me to wire the money ($1600) in 24 hours or else.. these were 3 $200 loans.. Crazy .. She has called my job and told them that she was a investigator and that there were going to subpoena the company for their harddrive info on me sending email from there for a loan. Now I dont know if I have a job or not as I write this..

I just received another phone call from Investigator Shannon Moore. She told me she had already spoken with me about this. I told her all she had to do was send me validation because I don't remember taking a loan from this particular payday company...nor can I find any information on it. She told me that I better remember quickly about goin on line and taking a loan that they had recorded my ip address and that I didn it at work and it was putting my employer at civil risk.
