I just received a phone call from an investigator form Ellis Crosby and Associates that said I had two payday loans outstanding with them and that I had charges being filed against me at 12:00 today. I told them I knew what she was saying but that I also knew that they were under suspension. She informed me that they were not under suspension because if they were then she wouldn't be able to contact me. She said I had to call back by 12 today with an arrangement or they were filing charges against me.
