All, I need to find information regarding a telephone number that shows up 1-2 times daily, on CallerID 480-722-7820. Problem is, this call always comes in during the middle of the night! Well....MY night anyway. Work 8PM to 6AM, sleeping all day. Keep answering machine and phone ringer OFF, to avoid these kind of unnecessary calls. I've tried several different search options on the number, all with no luck. Also wondering about another letter recently recieved. This one from an Evergreen Professional Recoveries. They claimed I owed about $500 or so to USBank.

Good evening all, Recieved a letter today, from an ERSolutions. Claiming that I owe an Asset Acceptance compay a bit under 2 thousand dollars. Problem is, I've NEVER dealt with either company, so I know I do NOT owe money to either one. Interestin though, in that the individual the letter is addressed to is NOT me. If it was, then they never bothered to learn how to spell, because the last name is NOT mine. I'm intent on sending a letter back, letting them know of several errors made, as well as requesting that they prove what is a fraudulent claim on their part.

Hi all, I have a debt for Bally's Fitness that was given to the collection agency Zwicker & Associates. We were paying monthly for a $600 balance, and in April we hit financial trouble and weren't able to pay. Our balance is $400. I got a call from today, they said "the Attornies of Zwicker & Associates". They said they have to have a payment by the end of the month, or the whole balance is due and there would be legal action. Is this true? I agreed to $100 next Friday, I really can't afford it, and I have to do it by Western Union. Jenn
