I'm so glad I came to this site! I'm being harassed by this company right at this moment! I received a call today from an investigator price, he states that this conversation is being recorded and he begins by asking if I was under the influence of any drugs or alcohol. He proceeded to say that the pay day loan company is officially pressing charges against me for not repaying requested funds. He stated charges such as fraud and a number of things. I was terrified.

I was wondering not only with credit card debt, but do you also help out with payday loans that have been given and overextended someone and they can't pay back all at once either?

I need to speak to someone regarding my payment options. At present, I'm having you deduct payment right from my account. I'm changing all of my payment arrangements to the "Bill Pay" that my bank provides. I don't want two payments to come out per month because of this.

PLEASE, PLEASE, IF YOU ARE THREATENED FROM A CALLER REGARDING A DEBT AND THEY SAY THE POLICE ARE COMING TO GET YOU, GET OFF THE PHONE AND CALL THE POLICE AND REPORT IT. IT HAPPENED TO ME, AND THEY DIDN'T SAY THEY WERE CALLING FROM ELLIS CROSBY. I FOUND OUT WHEN I SENT THE MONEY BECAUSE I WAS SCARED THAT I WAS GOING TO JAIL. I LATER CALLED THE POLICE AND THEY SAID IF SOMEONE CALLS AND SAYS THAT TO YOU, HANG UP AND REPORT IT TO THE POLICE IMMEDIATELY. THIS IS JUST A TACTIC (AND NOT LEGAL). IF YOU'RE GOING TO BE ARRESTED, THE POLICE TOLD ME, THEY WILL SHOW UP AT YOUR DOOR WITHOUT WARNING.

Hello, I had a open heart surgery in 2003. I was covered under my fathers insurance until I turned 19 in April of 2004. Most of my medical bills were paid by the insurance, but there is a balance of about $2700 left from recent check-ups. I've been making monthly payments of $50 to the hospital since April of 2005; the $50 is my own judgement they wanted a much higher payment that I could'nt afford. Thats when I finally got a job. Now today I recieve a notice in the mail that part of my bill has been turned over to "Omnium WorldWide, INC" for collections.
