my i.d. was taken from me and used by someone else to establish debt. now creditors and collectors are calling me. how can i stop these calls.

I just received a threatening phone call at work on my voice mail from Ellis Crosby & Associates and they left their # for either myself or my lawyer to call back. Should I call them back. I don't want to involve work but maybe they are already involved. Please advise what I should do?

I have just been through the biggest scare in my life. I owe a pay day loan and I am not sure which one. A couple of months ago my brother had a massive heartattach that had caused me to be in a financial bind. Well I get a call from a so called investigator regarding this, that they are charging me for internet fraud. To pay this debt. Now instead of trying to collect, they are saying that I lied and taking another route with this matter. I took the information, but I'm still scared. What can I do?
