I am a single mother of six who is self-employed. I have a been working on repairing my credit in hopes to be able to finance a house. I have succeeded in removing a few things but have one major concern and dont know how to approach it. I have a vechile repossession. I bought the truck for my daughter and before I knew it they were here to get it. I actually just want to pay this and get it off my report but I feel the amount that they are asking for is too high, and being a mother of six everything I can save definitly helps.

Is it true that I am able to consolidate the payday loans with the other debts that I want to consolidate. Are the payday loan creditors hard to deal with and also if i consolidated them today how long would it take to negotiate with the creditors? La Trena

Is it possible to try to get a creditor to try and work with you if you are just 4 years out of a bankruptcy? We have $25K accumulated within 2 years after bankruptcy from another job loss. But we have not increased our debt in last 2 years, but increase in living expenses brings us to a point of decision, pay our mortgage and other bills or pay the credit card companies who apply 50-72% of our monthly minimum payment as interest. We'll never see the end of it! Thanks for your help.

This company is upsetting me! They make no since. First they send I had to send them 2 post-dated checks for 400 dollars. I told them I was separated from my husband and just could not do that. They said you have no other choic--I said what about monthly payments. No, Ma'am we cannot do that. Well, when I didn't send the checks they were like oh, well, I guess we can do that. It is due today but they are so rude and in no way business like--they don't even seem real! What should I do? I don't want my money going in the wrong place--but I don't want to go to court either! PLEASE HELP!
