This is my situation.......... CollectCorp for Amex Blue I owed 1300 about on my blue amex. I used citibank to pay for the monthly minimum. All of sudden my account was sent to the collection agency. If I knew about this site in the beginning I wouldn't have been in the situation I am in. Well to make story short. I paid my debt in full. I specially stated to split my debt in half with 2 credit cards I have. 700 and 600. One of my credit card was charged the full amount and it made that card overlimit which made my apr go up. They still took money from my second card.

I was served a citation and called the Debt collector to make a settlement. Thye agreed to the settlement but now tell me since my checks have cleared that they never made a settlement with me. What do i do?

I have received three calls from a collection agency demanding that I call them in 24 hours. They were from 800-275-7176 ex 3437 ex 3428 and ex 3427. When they called me,they got me after hours machine which states" "You have reached Dr. Stinde at 1-310-323-3333 I am not available at this number at this time -- If you wish to reach me on the cell the number is 949-795-6294. Thank you and good day'" I would think that it could be inferred that this is not the number of a Sanda or Sandra Diaz or Days or any of the other names that these folks demanded call the above numbers in 24 hours.
