I just received a call from Ellis, Crosby and Associates. They told me they were filing 2 fraud charges on me today at 2:00 PM. They asked me if anyone had come to my job or my home. They want me to money gram them $1070 on a $300 payday loan. I am terrified, I don't know what to do. I am scared. What do I do?

third party creditor agreed to $4800 of $5800 credit card debt. Called collector two days before money due to say 401K check would not be available for another day. She said no problem, we will post, but because of 4th of July holiday, will not present to bank for another couple of days. I said OK, even talked to a supervisor about it. Well, they presented check on the original date, the very day, I asked them not to and told them it wouldn't be there.

I received a call today from Liability SOlutions out of Canada related to a payday loan from EZPayDay Cash. Actually they called my brother and friend and threatened them with subpoena whatever good that would do. SO i called and agreed to overnight them 518 for a 300 loan. I even called and gave them a tracking # but it hasnt left yet. After reading, they sound similar to Ellis Crosby, should i pay or go get the package before it leaves?
