I just received a notice from an attorney stating that I will get arrested and jail time due to a loan made with arrowhead investment in March 2008. The info provided and the date of the loan do not match with my profile. I have not worked at the company they provided since 2/2007 and the loan was dated 3/2008. Also the address they have I haven't been there since 2006. I dont even know or heard of this company. Please I live in Hawaii and am scared of what may happen to me. I don't want my 3 little kids to see me go to jail. Please help me.

I'm involved in a suit brought forth by a law firm that was dissolved 5/1/95. The lawyer for this firm was reluctant to give his name and told me to look on the bottom of the complaint. That's were I found the name of the law firm but not his name. He did sign the complaint but the writing is difficult at best to read. In this state, Illinois, corporate records are maintained by the Secretary of State.

Hello, I have a PDL from cashnetusa, which i took out in 2006. I looked on their site and I had borrowed 150$ and the balance today is $212.13. There is a note saying it has been sent to collections. I have no problem paying back the $212.13 as this is what i borrowed and agreed to pay (Yes, I know the SOL says I no longer have to). This is the only company that i have dealt with. I got a call from a Westwood Asset Management company about a payday loan from DJR Group LLC. They told me that the principle balance is $1200 on a loan of $200!

I received a call from 732-526-0156 that when I answered the phone and saying my patented Hello 2 or 3 times the phone went dead then the dial tone sounded. Thinking I may have missed a call as the area code is close by in NJ I called them back, /when I found out it was a bunch of collect drop outs I was fuming. Demanding to know what gives the right to call my phone in the evening and when I answer they hang up the call --- like little kids? What kind of prank are they doing.. I guess I went thru 20 different people with the same question. Not one paused to apologize.

I live in Az and they said I should let my employer know what I did and I will be arrested?? I emailed back that I didn't know what it was for and that we had filed bankruptcy. They called me a low life because I don't pay my bills. I told them they are low lifes thinking they work for a lawyers office. They are calling for HSBC they are very rude & they will call all your family members & ex-family members.
