I also specified that these loans had not gone into collections and was assured that this would not be a problem. When I spoke to one of your representatives, I was told that you cannot help me, which was exactly opposite of what I was told in two different responses today. I wasn't asking your program for a loan, I am asking can my CURRENT debts from cash advance places can be pout under your program.

I was just told by a representative that they could not help me with my short term cash loans. I posted a question earlier today and I got several responses back saying that you could help with these. I'm a bit confussed now. Could someone please explain this to me?
