So my loan is with quick click loans...how do I negotiate with them? Also, I owe Cash Call not Western Sky. My other loan cash cure was sent to collections what do I do? I paid the principal and more, but they state I owe more than $1000. What do I send to the collection service? If Soaplady or OhioGirl could answer please help!. I appreciate all the advisers who have helped me to get away from these illegal loans. I had no idea how bad this was and is. I worry daily.

In form of Heloc, owes 350k, only making interest payments at this time, terms in 5 years. Elderly. In a debt settlment program for the unsecured debt. What can/should be done for Heloc matter? Thank you.:confused:

Hi, I accrued a rather large (over $10,000 debt in credit cards around three and a half years ago, and at first I chose debt settlement immediately after realizing that it became a problem, but as a person who receives disability, I was told to go off of the settlement program because no one (meaning my creditors) could get blood (money) out of a turnip (meaning me, being on disability).

my question is can i get a loan with just a savings acc., i have a savings acc. ,for years with 1st illinois credit union for years. why just don't they put it in my savings acc? dennis and ruth young.
