i live in north carolina . i have had many payday loans. im haveing a hard time making the payments. all my paycheck and more goes to the loans. today i added up what i have paid on each loan. i would have paid many of the loans off, since i only pay the biweekly fees. what can i do to cosolidate all the loans or do i have any other options. this cycle has been going on for several years.

Can credit counseling help with payday loans?

Collection agency does not want to give me a letter paid in full only settlement in full. Is this okay?

My huband has a judgement with LVNV from his sears card and there is a lien on our house. We are seperated and both are on the deed. They tell me I can't get a new mortgage until this is satisified. I had no idea of this what can I do and I don't think he has any idea and I'm sure he won't take care of it.

My three credit scores are 651,664, and 598 ? How can I fix the 598, could it be i may have a freeze on it ? Thanks, doowop :):):)

So, I live in Indiana and had a payday loan with Online Advance. It was for $1250 and I paid $3750, so far. I have closed my account and sent my letter (which was my contact with them), requesting a PIF and a refund and here is the email and phone call that I received today. ------------------------------------------------------- Dear, I am contacting you today regarding your collections balance in the amount of $1965.00 . THIS ACCOUNT IS 55 DAYS PAST DUE.THIS WAS RETURNED TO US AS ACCOUNT CLOSED THROUGH YOUR BANK WITHOUT REPAYMENT OF THIS DEBT.

I have seven payday loans I am from Pennsylvania and had just found out they are illegal in my state . They are great plains, Plain green , lazer lending, fleet marketing ,cash yes ,oasis and american web loan . I stopped all ach debits but do not know what to do next someone help please . they are all online lenders . Thank You Kelly
