Hello, I have several payday loans I can't pay. What will happen to me?

I am wondering if anyone has had any good experience with Check N Go collections. I currently have a loan that defaulted that I need to set up a payment plan for to get it paid and done with. I'm worried that Check N Go will not be very flexible with the payment plan. I'm assuming that they will want it in no more than 4 payments and I really can't pay even that right now. I have attempted to block them from debiting my account and I paid a $25 fee to do so and it FAILED!

Hi there from Illinois, I'm down to dealing with the last two online payday lenders and I admit I've been procrastinating because I've heard they are difficult to deal with. I am speaking of One Click Cash and My Cash Now. For One Click, I borrowed $600 in March of 2012 and have paid back $720. So far, I've only received two collections calls since June 8th, which is when I stopped the payment. I'm sure that once I send the letter they are going to call like crazy. Can anyone tell me what their experience was like with these two?

I am in desperate need of help. I attended medical school and started out with all federal loans through Sallie Mae. Half way through my second year Sallie Mae stated that I can no longer get federal loans and need to take their private signature loans. Well I was already into med school 1 1/2 years and could not afford to stop at that point. The loans accrued interest throughout the time I was in school at 14%. I have never paid late, but now my loans have ballooned to over $300,000!! I have got all my federal loans out of Sallie Maes hands, but they will not sell my private loans.

Received my response from Plain Green. I haven't paid them a dime on a $500 loan and today they accepted my offer to pay back only the $500. I am negotiating my payments as they want $125 for 4 months and I don't have that much to spare every month. (So there's the good news!) Question though, I have 2 loans left. One with 500FastCash and one with USFastCash. I think they're the same company (they have the same physical address). My email to USFastCash was sent no problem but my 500FastCash has been returned 4 times because their server isn't accepting it.

I got a call from one of the Indian “we will download the lawsuit” fake collection agencies the other day. I pretend I couldn’t understand him for a few minutes to get off script (his accent was pretty thick). I talked to him for about five minutes or so, making it clear that I knew it was a scam and what he was doing was illegal and immoral.
