I just recieved a call at my work from CRA they call at least 4 times a day say that i left this as my primary contact. they asked to talk to the dr about this issue so they can take money from my wages. they also faxed a form over to verify employment and it is not my social nor my home address but my name is correct. Im tired of these people calling me and i have told them it is not me they are looking for but they insist on collect there money that i supposable owe.

I have two debts that just appeared on my credit report. I don't think they are valid, but want to take care of them. How do I do this?

I have several outstanding internet payday loans. I live in sc and going through a divorce and have moved. Cant find any of the papers for the loans. Have closed the account that payments where made on. 1. How can I find out who I owe payday loans too. cause when they call they don't leave a name, they want me to call back to find out so they can talk to me. and 2. they say they are going to haev me arrested. Can they? and 3. I have read that in SC its against the law for them to give you more than 1 payday loan.. Is that true? Thanks!

Need some help I live in Texas I have 3 payday loans unfortunately I deflauted on one I got a call at work from a legal company in CA stating legal action had been taken against me and my ssn# the lady on the phone claimed to be a lawyer and a warrant and been issued for my arrest. Can they do this

Okay I have 6 internet pdl Cash cure 800 pd 144.00 five times every two weeks rolled over 5 times. sure advance 500 five times rolled over payed 90 to them 3 times cash direct express 500 roll over five times pd 110 to them 5 times all three of these have been placed with a collection agency called alliance asset management inc. address 330 georgetown square suite 104 wood dale, illinois 60191. I closed my checking account three weeks ago I blocked all the numbers from calling me on my cell. Received a letter from this address above but shows it came from department 5975 p.o.

What is the difference between a PDL and an installment loan and where would I go to find out information on whether or not an installment loan is legal? The loan is through Money King Loans for $400. As far as I can tell they are not licensed in my state of Michigan.

I don't even know where to begin. I live in the state of Washington. I am currently in default, with united cash loans - $440 owed, vandilier group- $390 & cash call $1500. I made the mistake of taking these loans out online and am not getting calls from people with such thick Indian accents that I can barely understand them stating that they are governmental officials and that I will be taking to court. They call my work since my cell has been cut off. They called before with my bank account number (part of it) and my address and personal information.

My wife paid several of this bills off about eight years ago and presumed they were paid off. When they wanted more money she did not have any proof of payment. Later on when she paid off accounts she wrote "paid in full" on the checks and that has helped later accounts and payment. But WFNNB is still trying to collect on these older bills that are way past the SL. So we refust to talk to them or pay more. But they can be a bother when they call many times a day. My question is - What can they gain from all these calls. Is it that easy to bother someone?
