Are payday loans in NJ illegal?

Hello, Im from Illinois and i have 4 internet payday loans out with CK Marketing, Cash Jar, Hydra Fund,and Whitehills Cash. All of the stuff confuses me and i cant determine if they are illegal in my state or not any info would greatly be appreciated. Thank You So Much!!

I have an issue. I live in Idaho and have gotten in over my head with pay day loans. I have been working with 3 companies and doing ok with them but I am having an issue with Speedy Loans. I borrowed $400 dollars and defaulted. The loan went in to default on May 11. On may 23 I received a letter stating that if I do not pay the $400 plus the $84 in interest and the $20 dollar returned check fee that they would proceed with filling for court resolution. I called them on May 25, to make arraingments with them.

I got a phone call from isd claims telling me i defaulted on a pay day loan and that i was being charge with fraud... I did owe so set up payment plans i have payed 7 payments out of 9 i asked if we could extend my payment out another week as to i am unemployed and its hard for me to pay 115 every 2 weeks but i have been! they are very rude to me and said that i have so many iissues and they wont move my payment said that if i don't pay today that all my payments would be null and void and i would be taken to court....can they do this???

I received a call from a blocked number which I didn't answer. In the message that was left a woman, who only identified herself as a Mrs. Allen, claimed to be trying to reach me or a legal representative because I had been named as a respondent in a case of malicious attempt to defraud a lending institution. She then said something weird like she had been asked to forward this to my jurisdiction. Anyway, she never identified whoever she was supposedly representing and left a call back number of 877-817-0231.

First Source Advantage called me on behalf of Capital One also. We set up a payment plan of $3 g's to pay back same & they took the money out of my account monthly but never sent me any statements of any kind. Now I have a new agency coming after me for the same money as First Source Advantage didn't report any of my payments to the Credit Bureaus...not one. WoW!! Now I have to battle a second company for the same money? What are my options?

I have some past due Pdl's. All illegal except for check NGO. They have worked out a repayment plan with me and like an idiot I have them my new debit card info. Can my past due pdl's now somehow get that information? I sidn't feel out any online forms or anything. Their collections dept is just going to debit 4 equal payments to pay off the loan. Do I need to close down that account again?

I want to start making payments online with my credit card. How do I do this?
