without the usual saga, I was delinquent on a Capital One CC to the tune of about $2300, in 2009. I was delinquent because of a surgery which didn't go well, and subsequent disability and unemployment. When first contacted, I explained the whole situation to AGS or whoever, and was told that they would not charge me any interest but I had to make arrangements to pay this account $50 a month automatically withdrawn from my checking account, which I did.

Question, I'd like to combine two accounts and pay one monthly payment. IS that possible even if you have too much on your credit? Please advise...I'd like to have extra cash.

what about the the contracts they have you sign for these loans it includes stuff about governing law and arbitration and alot of other bs what about that !

I was stupid and currently have almost $5000 in payday loans, etc.They are all online: Bottom Dollar: $500 Borrowed, $75 fees, $575 total owed OneClickCash: $500 Borrowed, 150 fees, $650 total owed US Fast Cash: $400 borrowed, 120 fees, 520 owed Action Payday: $300 borrowed, 45 fees, 345 owed Plaingreen: $800 borrowed, 125.44 fees, 759.86 owed Cash Call: my principal is $2,598.04 and payoff is 2948.73, I have made 3 payments of 294.46. I have direct deposits going into my account on thursday so I cannot close the account until that hits.

My son in law asked me to find out what I can about cash direct. He owes Payday One which I've filled him in on, but he also has Cash Direct. Is it legal in Louisiana or no?! I'll tell him the email he needs to send, just want to know if he owes fees or just the principal Thanks!

I have had at least 10 phone calls from a private number today! I believe it may be cash call! HOW do I get them to STOP! I've read up on them, and I know they are rude just like Payday One people are rude! I can be just as rude! LOL Does anyone have a link to any law suits that Louisiana may be in with cash call? I've read about several states suing Cash Call, but I can not find one with Louisiana being in any of them. Please give me the link if there is one. If anyone can tell me how to deal with this loan company without being sued, I'd appreciate it!

I have been paying them for a credit card i owed , lately i have been wondering if they are a real company or such because i havnt recieved a letter informing me bout them recieving the money i have been paying. i am starting to worry because of so many complaints bout this group. can anybody please tell me if this is a real collector.

I have loans (internet) with Excel Management, LLC and Oakwood Services. Anyone ever heard of them? Are they illegal lenders? Can't find much about them at all. Just the email addresses they sent me, but no known (so far) website.

I sent my letters and closed my account. This is their response...what do you think? Smoke and mirrors? Scare tactic?

Hello, I am new here and SO happy to have found this forum! I reside in CA and have several outstanding internet payday loans. Not surprisingly, I have gotten in way over my head and want to contact each lender to make payment arrangements to pay principal only on each loan. From reading a little here, I understand I need to first close my checking account, and/or cancel all ACH permissions on the account. Is this correct? Also - below is a list of the payday loan companies I owe. Does anyone have any experience in dealing with them as far as payment arrangements on principal only goes?
