If I get approved for a payday loan and receive payment, and as long as the money is not touched, can I cancel my loan and have the lender withdraw the funds?

Hi, Can I still send a validation of debt letter to a collection agencies if I receive a collection letter from them three or more months ago? Is there a time for sending this letter to them? Thanks in advance

IHS Methodist Hospital Des moines, didn't listen when I told them 3x not to send Carla Thorpe's bill to my house. CBE group Inc. did not verify the debt by mail and the sherrifs boys came to my place 5 times and said lies to my landlord and others. I am not pleased. Mercy hosptial doesn't sue.

I have started the whole process with Advance Me Today. I live in NY and took out a $1000 loan with them, and have paid back $1794. I sent them the ACH revocation e-mail and asked for a refund of the $794, to which they send the "federally licenced, located in St, Vincent" response, then they attempted to debit my account for $1,082.00 on the next payday.

I got a message left from a Case Investigator Spencer about some potential lawsuit being served. I have gotten a similar message in the past and I know it is is a scam. I called the number back because I didn't want them harassing my family or anything. Anyway, the second person I spoke too was calm and reasonable...not sure if that is part of an act. He said there are four charges waiting to be filed against me. He listed the name "DJR Group" which is some payday lender and listed a date from 2010 and which he claims I took a PDL (which I didn't, have had a PDL in about six years).

I'm being sued in 2 very big civil cases that are tied together. I'm part of a party of like 36 defendants. They haven't focused on me in the lawsuit and they haven't even deposed me. It goes to trial on the 21st of May and this suit was filed back in 2008 and they have been collecting evidence ever since.
