I have multiple payday loans and are thinking about going with blue ridge law group to assist me in settling witter pay day loan companies. Does any have advice, heard anything good about them, and think they're a good choice for me? Pleasegive me some insight, I could use some guidance.: :?:D

I just received back a letter from my state's AG office. I had complained to them about a collector called Tristate Financial in Georgia. The good news is that Tristate stated in its response to my complaint, that they have closed my account., but the bad thing is, is that they lied in their reply to my AG office. They said that I called them the next day after their initial phone call and that I refused to cooperate when they asked for proof of me paying off the loan.

I have tried to obtain information regarding the laws in Mississippi regarding internat payday loans. We have store front companies so I know these are legal but what about internet lending from companies that are out of state? Also, what is the time limit in regards to debt collection of internat payday loans in MS? How can I stop Fedeal Asset Solutions from harrassing and threatening me with check fraud charges? I did not write a check on any of my payday loans.

Hello, i really need some advice on how to deal with this payday loan. I live in New york, and about a month ago i was browsing payday loans b/c i was in between jobs. I never went through with it and never confirmed or e-signed anything. But a week later HYDRA fund 1 had deposted 250.00 into my account. Thinking it was a refund check from school i used the money. Then after a week it started to drain my bank account and therefore i closed my account. Then i started getting the calls from some lady saying i need to repay the loan and will settle for 230.00.

The "statement" or offer looks like they sent me and was considering doing it (50% off considering that's about what I should have owed to begin with). However, this line concerned me: "Our client has advised us that they are willing to accept a payment for 50% of balance due.
