500 fastcash keeps on rebutting my complaint to the BBB saying I had a loan with them 5 times and why am I now complaining. I responded by saying each time I Over paid and now was informed I overpaid . I thought the bbb was supposed to handle these problems I now complained to the ftc is there anything else I should be doing I did revok them.

I just got an email from bbb saying they have closed the case .But nothing stating they agree with me or the company. shouldn;t there be a response on who was right. I SENT THEM THE COPY OF THE LAWS OF NJ STATING PAYDAY LOANS WERE ILLEGAL
THEY HAVE JUST CLOSED THE CASE WITH NO REAL RESPONSE

Yeah, the BBB is pretty much useless, but at least there a complaint against them, they will probably state it was unresolved.

I recieved a response after they said closed. We have received your most recent correspondence in the above-mentioned complaint case.

You have indicated that you are NOT satisfied with the business' response in the matter. DO YOU HAVE THEADDRESF OR THE ATTORNEY GENERAL OF NEW JERSEY PLEASE. I really want to know where the company try to solve this.

However, in the judgment of the Better Business Bureau, the business has made a good-faith effort to resolve the matter. Although, we realize that you may still feel the matter is not resolved, we have closed the case.
