payday loans in fl

I live in florida and I have 1 store front loan and 4 internet loans.
The store front company appear as Fast Payday Loans dba Easy cash on their loan papers. I've been going to them to pay and reborrow each pay period for over seven months. My last loan was $400 due on sept 3. Before this date I went to the store and informed them that I would not be able to pay the whole amount on my due date and that I needed to pay them back in parts. They told me there was nothing they could do and that they would just keep trying to debit my bank account until they get full payment or my account is eventually sent to collection. Easy Cash call me every day, refuse to provide me with any alternative, just demand full payment.
The other loans are
oneclickcash $200 paid $240 so far
unitedcash $150 paid $180
ace cash services $200 paid $340(this not ace cash express which is licenced in fl)
Paydayloanyes $250 paid $0
I have been reading posts here on how to deal with the illegal lenders and I'm going to close my account asap and send out ach revocation letters but I am concerned about my store front loan as they refuse to help me in any way. When I ask for their corporate office info, they just tell me they try to handle everything in the store without going to corporate because that would be worse for me then they hang up. How do I proceed from here. I don't know what to do at this point, any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm not finding them as members of the CFSA (link below) but that doesn't mean they aren't. Do you recall seeing a plaque in their store stating they are members of the CFSA (Community Financial Services Association of Americ)? If you don't remember, call them and ask if they are. If they are members and you haven't defaulted yet, you are eligible for the EPP (Extended payment plan), this will allow you to pay off this loan in foru seperate payments on each payday, the interest stops accruing once you sign up for the EPP, read about the EPP below, number 11.
