I just sent an email to paychecktoday.com stating to revoke ach, etc and he wrote back saying they are an indian tribe and do not have to abide by ANY state regulations. Does anyone know if this is true?

they pay some tribal sellouts for a flimsy immunity, but no state AG recognizes it.file complaints with your AG,and THE FTC.they can't,and won't do a thing.i would give a wage assignment revocation letter to your HR or payroll person.once that is done, and you have secured your account(closing it,and opening a new one).all this mope will do is stupidly threaten stuff they can't,and won't do.

btw,i dealt with two of these in USFASTCASH,and AMERILOAN.got a pif from one,and the other settled for what i really owed.just stand your ground as they really can't do a thing.there threats will seem comical after a while.

By the way, you can respond with, you aren't a member of their Indian tribe therefore you don't have to abide by their laws either. Anyway, as long as you have sent the email revoking their rights to debit your account and you show a copy of it to your financial institution they (your bank)will need to honor it.
