they pay some tribal sellouts for a flimsy immunity,but no state AG recognizes it.file complaints with your AG,and THE FTC.they can't,and won't do a thing.i would give a wage assignment revocation letter to your HR or payroll person.once that is done,and you have secured your account(closing it,and opening a new one).all this mope will do is stupidly threaten stuff they can't,and won't do.
btw,i dealt with two of these in USFASTCASH,and AMERILOAN.got a pif from one,and the other settled for what i really owed.just stand your ground as they really can't do a thing.there threats will seem comical after a while.

Anyway, as long as you have sent the email revoking their rights to debit your account and you show a copy of it to your financial institution they (your bank)will need to honor it.
