I am NEVER EVER EVER doing this again. The thing is that I have a joint account with my mom. I just wanted to make sure they can not get into that account and take her money.

I don't think so, as long as it has a different account number and isn't connected with your old account in any way. You may want to verify that with the bank. It's always hard to predict what an illegal lender might try.

Thank you. I wanted to verify with you that these lenders are illegal in Kentucky. I was trying to find out what place it says exactly that Internet payday loans are illegal in Kentucky. I have 3 and my fiance has 2.

I understand how you feel because I've been there. Just keep doing what you're doing and things will work out fine. Remember, these lenders can't touch you, no matter what they say.
