I am dealing with my act of getting 4 storefrront payday loans in Kentucky~ I have one with FastPayDay, one with Payday USA and then two with Cash Express. I tried to check and see if i could get extended payment plans but appearantly that is not possible with any of them. These loans just went default last week and to my knowlege have not actually gone to collections. I talked to each of these companies at the storefronts and told them of the situation and each person i spoke to at all of these places said that they would just have to turn themover to their supervisors and then the suporvisors would decide about going to court. i guess i was hoping there would be a collections agency step in between that but the ppl at the places wouldn't give me any info on that .
Besides all that, I am also most concerned with the fact that i have 4 payday loans in a state where i am suppose to not have more than two. I have been trying to do some research and find out if this is a criminal offense and if i can be arrested for this?? if anyone has any ideas on this please let me know i would really appreciate the help~
