she noted in the computer at the store that i was mking this payments and i have my receipts.. I call the store about this and they said that corporate had my check. I sd to her then if they were going to process it again then why was I making payment with them so that would not happen? she couldnt answer my question and sd she would call me back and still waiting for that call

you contact their corporate and inform them of this.i wouldn't trust the employee.unless they give you the agreement in writing to sign. call corporate on them.they will resolve the issue.
