I am being harrased by a debt collector. I took out a payday loan some 2years ago for 400 bucks. After 4 months of taking out that loan they started saying I owe them $800.00. I refuse to pay that. Now they have some debt collector calling me everyday on my cell and at work telling me that they're about to send my information to my HR department at work and have my checks garnished and I will soon be arrested. Is this legal. I borrowed from United Cash Loans.
