10 year old debts put on bankruptcy,Asset acceptance

Asset acceptance put 10-15 year old debts on my bankruptcy.when I found out I protested to my attorney but she did nothing. Can this be legal? We are dismissing bankruptcy because I can pay debts now.What happens with Asset acceptance now? Do I really have to pay these bottom feeders?

I really doubt they would include themselves in a bankruptcy. What is the sense? They cant sue you....well they could try but you would have an affirmative defense,

I can show you the papers right here....Asset acceptance on bankruptcy.....the debts,target,pennys,southwestern bell....and I know for a fact those are over 10yrs old....my daughter was 18 when I had a target card,shes now 32.
