Just double checking on something. I have had loans out with these people and they have gone around my ACH blocks and stop pays and used electronic checks to debit my account, Payday-Loan-Yes using a 'collector" called First National. I had a claim out on First National for debiting a check from my account stating that I had authorized them to do so on 9/22 by phone/fax check payment - which I DID NOT. I was told by my bank initially that they were doing a reverse on the check and I would have the funds back in the account in 24 to 48 hours. This was on 9/28. The reverse did not go through on the check putting my account in dire straights! The bank did refund my fees they had charged me and have covered all of the pending debits that were out on the account. They have also put a fee waiver on the account. But they stated that since First National is the collector for Payday-Loan-Yes then they have my account information and are collecting on the loan and it is between me and the merchant. I am going in tomorrow to speak to a branch manager about putting a hard hold on the account and make it for deposits only so that I can get this account taken care of, caught up and then open another account with the bank. I am hoping my banker will help me in salvaging all of the money back on the check that went through on this (I have posted something on this already and will include it at the bottom of this post) but, I am also wanting to check on my other options and wanting to be sure that 500Fatash and Payday-Loan-Yes are lllegal lenders and CSO's in the state of Texas. I checked the databases through this forum, and did not find them, but watning to be absolutley sure! Is there any info also that can be shared to take to my banker on this? Thanks.

PREVIOUS POST: Here is the deal on THIS! I had a loan with Payday-Loan-Yes. Another illegal PDL and CSO in Texas. Stopped pay on ACH Transactions. they tried for 2 pay periods to send the interest fee through, but it was returned to them. The loan was for $350. This last pay day I had a electronic check go through my account for $725! Blasted my account! it was for the $350, three pay periods of the $105 fees and two $30 return fees. Here is the bigger kicker. The check was made out to First National! I had no idea who this was, although thought it might have something to do with a PDL since I have had a few. And even better though is in the memo it stated that on 9/22 (check posted on 9/25) that a telephone/FAX Check payment customer authorization was obtained. BULLS*#t! I did file a claim with my bank who said they were reversing the check that within 24 to 48 hours I would have the money back in my bank. Well, that was two days ago and so far nothing. Trying to call the person assigned to my claim and can not get a hold of her today. So a little concerned. how I even found out now this is associated with Payday-Loan-Yes is I got a call from someone yesterday from First National Services Legal Department stating they had received a Fax on my account and they thought it must be a mistake but needed to talk to me. I called back just to see and sure enough the number she called from and the call back number both went to Payday-Loan-Yes. Any ideas on this? This can't be legal right?! I need some advice here to take to my bank to get this resolved. They are lying saying I authorized any transaction from anyone in this amount in any form of communication, much less to a First National.
