I have a question,
Are the following Payday loaners allowed to make loans in pa?
sandpoint capital
midland financial
CMG group llc
Also, i never saw any sort of repayment paper work for CMG group, and i tried to get in touch with the other two, but the numbers they gave me were disconnected.
Since then, they have gone to "icollect"
what are the next steps?
i have closed my accounts and tried to get ahold of them to pay the principle on my terms not thiers but to no avail. i also tried to get them to let my DMP with careone credit set up a payment with them but they "dont deal with consolidators"
any help would be great.
