Cash Transfers pdl

I have a loan taken with Cash Transfers and northway Financial funded the loan. There is a $250 fee. The loan was due on the 15th. I explained I did not have the $$. Dave has been calling me stating I need to repay the $$ in full as Minnesota does not allow reloans. I explained I wanted to set up payments or something and he said he could not do that and that he did not know what Northway would do and since I signed a waiver they could guarnish my wages. I haven't talked to him since as he gave me until the 29th to pay in full...I just can't do it. Any suggestions?
