What is in my best interest? I have approx 30K in credit card debt. Recently our vehicle broke down and needs 4K in repairs and we still have 4yrs of payments on it and still owe approx 12K on it and it has 100K miles on it. I am current on all credit cards, car payments, mortgage and last I checked I was still above a 700 credit score. While I was living in M.D. a few years ago I took out some pdl's. I paid off most of then, which was a whole lot more than I borrowed of course. However there was one I didn't pay off, for one reason that's about the time I found out they were illegal in MD, also I didn't have the money to pay the outrageous interest they wanted.

I want to find a way to reduce or eliminate my finance chargers - which will reduce my monthly CC payments. I don't want a DMP or DSP - but that's all thats offered. Target told me if I enroll with Credit Counseling - they would remove my fiance charges. Does anyone know how to contact someone for this free cousuling?

In 2007 I took out a loan with CashCall. Due to finances I stopped paying in 2009. In The spring of 2010, I recieved a communication from Delbert Services that they now had the account. I sent the Debt Validation and Cease and desist letter using a template from this site. The response did not come from Delbert but from CashCall. In addition to all account info, the letter indicated that the account was now with Delbert Services.. But there was a problem: in my letter I had asked for documentation that Delbert was licensed in my home state of Florida.

the expert answer is using the old michigan address so i looked up under the florida address and under florida it is a a+ rating if you file complaints on a michigan address it does not change the ratings for all other addresses and as far as bbb is concerned if you have 300 different addresses then you are 300 different and separate businesses so a michigan can have a f and all others any combination of ratings here is the florida one and i am not a employee - just a person that looked up the rating using the florida address

I have rec'd about 16 calls to date from EAG since Jan about an illegal payday loan that I overpaid but they say was not paid in full. I let each call to vm and each one says I will be served in my county, and to date nothing. Their basing this on "fraudulent check" since I closed that account to stop the overpayments to various illegal payday loan companys months ago. Got another call today from another employee that I will have a process server deliver papers for my signature on Monday morning.

I live in washington state i have a loan for 2500 from cashcall I got the loan online by western sky than later sold the loan to cashcall I have filled a complaint with the washington state finicial insitution and they inform me that the loan is illegal in washington state but can they garnish my wages what do i do because i have heard they have gainsh other people in other state which are also illegal how can i prevent that please help thank you.
