So went to court today and received judgement to repay about 1800. My question is what happens now? Do i contact their attorneys? Do i wait for them to contact me? Any help would be appreciated

Hello, I will be placing a hard debit block on my checking account tomorrow. I hope it is soon enough, I have a payment coming out on Thursday! Here are the companies I need to deal with. They will all get ACH and wage assignment revocations tomorrow.

I applied online for a loan from this company. The site never asked me what amount I needed. As SOON as I clicked 'Submit', and agent called me on the phone to 'complete the application.' I was reading the agreement as I was on the phone with her. When she got to the point where she asked for references, it was at the same time that I saw how high the fees were. I placed her on hold and did not pick back up.

Hello, A few months back I suffered a financial blow and turned to IPDLs out of desperation. I am now in a huge mess and don't know how to get myself out of it. They are calling my cell constantly and at work threatening to take me to jail and sue me. My bank account is constantly being overdrawn and I can barely afford to live. So my questions are how common is getting a summons and judgement Is it going to come out of no where? Do they have to have someone actually serve you or do they just send it regular mail? Minute Funds - Solicited me out of the blue - I have already paid the principaql plus some. Pay Day Loan Yes (Now sold to a new company) - Solicited me after I used a matching service.

I am receiving calls from this office. they have an account of mine and want there money. I told them that i was in the process of doing a debt consilidation and they said that it was to late to include this account. They threatened me with wage garnishment. Can they do this?
