So, first of many. Checked and made sure that the lenders were not licensed in my state, sent the letters/emails, closed the bank account. First response from GreenLight Funds - a $300 loan, one of a number of loans that I've taken from them, overpaid by hundreds of dollars. Any thoughts on how to respond is most appreciated. I sent letters on Friday, so I have not yet filed complaints with BBB, AG, FTC.

just a few more questions can i email the letters? can i fax them? i tried to use the search option to get an address for one click cash and there are several address's how do i know which one to use? i got some address from the better business bureau, do you think those address will be ok? my main worry is can they ruin my credit or sue me? if they are illegal, can they still sue? or can they only threaten? i made 7 copies of the wage assignment revocation for my employer, how humilating that was!

My wife wants to go back to school. She took out a student loan with Stafford. One of the issue's she faces is that she has defaulted on these loans 8 years ago. Ever since she has wage ganishments and even taking it out on my taxes. Is there a way for her to defer her loans, and if she does defer her loan will she be able to take out a loan again for her to go to school? Any help please!

I took out a PDL by installment for 2,000.00 through Checkngo, but it ended up under Ohio Specialty Finance dba Checkngo. I live in Ohio, and have been paying 293.00 every 2 weeks since June. I called to pay the balance early, and was told that the amount was approx 2,800.00 to pay off. I asked if anything had been applied to principle, and couldn't really get a straight answer, but was told that if I pay it off in a couple week I will actually owe MORE, even after additional ach withdrawls were made.

I was granted a PayDay Loan by EZPayDayCash.com and couple of months ago and I am on a fixed income so I have a difficult time paying and have paid the interest once and would need to pay it again. I ran into some difficulty with my checking account and stopped my SS check from Direct Deposit into that account. The account is currently in overdraft. The PayDay Loan Company says on their website that they do not give loans to people in the State of PA where I live. What can I do, if anything, to stop them from getting anything more from me?

i wanted so badly to pay these things off one by one but i'm getting deeper and deeper into a horrible pit i cant climb out of. so i'm ready to close my account. does anyone know if i can just open a different account at the same bank, or do i have to leave my bank altogether? its bank of america. my loans are with: my cash now, everest, 500 fast cash, zip 19, one click cash and bayside loans and cash yes. i live in seattle wa. are these legal or not? i have to mail an actual letter to everybody, i cant email them?

Thanks in advance for any help you can offer to a very upset person in Texas -- I have a loan with a balance of $1700 with CashNetUSA. I was sick of paying $350 every two weeks to let it roll over, so I finally did not put in for an extension and let the entire amount attempt to be taken from my account. I have a $500 overdraft limit on an account at Woodforest, and from what I can see, it attempted to go through and then Woodforest denied it (this all just happened yesterday) because the amount was well over $500. I have an installment loan with ChecknGo.

Please help me i have 4 PDL'S Ameriloan500 paid 300 Loanstar 500 paid 300 Big sky almost paid off have 3 payments of 43$ loan was 500 Checkcity online 500 but i am geting on a payment plan with them 4 payments of 167.50 Anyway this is eating me alive paying every 2 weeks i do not know how i am going to make this. I can not have them calling my work i will lose my job.

I currently have 3 CA's calling me. I have avoided their calls assuming they were CA's until the past few days. I answered, didn't give them much and got the account numbers (they tried to only give me the last 4 until I specifically asked for the entire number), amount owed on those accounts and who the OC was. I don't know what I should do. I do not have the money to pay or settle them. I know I can send out a DV letter. The thing with these CA's is I have not received one letter from any of them.
