How can I see who originally had the debt before LVNV and is there any way I can see ALL of the details about it, like what it was for and such?

I started a previous thread but I have made progress. I found out that three of my lenders were legal and they responded right away. those that are not just keep send junk email trying to talk there way out of it. I have paid the principle on all my loans but I doubt I will see a refund. I have two questions. 1. At this point on all the illegals - should I start filing complaints? What type of paper work should I include on these complaints? 2. I have one lender that is licensed in my state but the limit in my state is $500 original loan amount and they have lended me $1000.

Because of my bad credit and payday loans I'm in real trouble. How can I get my credit issues and payday loans taken care of at the same time? Is there a reputable company out there that takes care of all of this?

I have 2 pay day loans. One is with Cashnet USA for 1100.00. The other is with Check N Go for $1800.00. My monthly payments are $700.00 a month in interest only. This is really setting me back. I don't mind paying the loans back but I am only paying back interest!!!! I am getting no where. I want control. What do you suggest I do to gain control of my loans? What are my options. I live in Texas.

WFFNB feels I owe them for laet charges. I have explained numerous times that I do not-frankly I've given up. They keep accumulating charges and are up to 200.00. At what point will they quit calling and sending letters for interest and fees only? Isn't such a small balance of non merchandise related expenses not worht their time at some point? I am not too worried about my credit rating as I have no debt nor intend on looking for a loan at this point.
