i have been receiving calls from a Lukehart and associates attorney at law. they are claiming that i took out a pdl in 2008. First the guy says it was from a company called Cashnet. i called cashnet and i never took out a pdl from them i was denied. Then when i called him out and threatned to go to the attorney general he got a manager on the line which now he claim it was from Vince Enterprises. I told him in 2008 i did not have a checking account. I told him i need proof that i owe ths money and a phone number to the company i supposing did this loan To. I live in the state if Pa.

Hi there, I have a question regarding payday loans. I unfortunately had to get one of these several months back (big mistake). I must've unknowingly left the box 'checked' where your info is sent to '3rd parties'. A couple of days later, I had a deposit of $290 from an unknown company (DJR Group). I googled them, found some very disturbing info about them. I tried to call them to no avail. They're automated system doesn't take you anywhere, it's a cycle of 'call-waiting hell'. I went ahead and put a stop-payment on them through my bank because they were highly suspicious to me.

A few months ago mu husband got a payday loan from oneclickcash.com for $250. I had no idea that he did this at the time, and the money did go to a good cause, but sense then we have given them almost $800, and they say we still owe them the original $250. I changed our bank account, and Bank Of America put a block on them all together. The bank was really nice about helping with this. Anyway, they won't talk to me about any of it, saying it doesn't matter if I'm a spouse or if your husband gives us consent to speak with you.

We had perfect credit until we were hit by illnesses. We had to live off credit cards for almost 14 months because of no income. We were suckered by a "Debt Relief" company in January 2009. At the time, we were going through two potentially fatal illnesses (mine was a brain tumor and had to have invasive surgery and rehab). I signed over POA and gave (scammers) $4000 plus. They said to stop paying credit cards. Stupid me...I did. Come to find out, they only did one thing for us and it was sending one POA and it was on a Discover card.

I have a payday loan with: USFastCash= borrowed $350, owe $455, and payed $210 in financing plus $60 NSF fees to my bank. The financing fee was $105 every 2 weeks. SSM Group INC= borrowed $200, owe $260, and payed $120 so far. Financing fee was $60 every 2 weeks. St. Armands Group= borrowed $150, owe $195, and payed $90 so far. Financing fee was $45 every 2 weeks.

A few months ago, money was deposited into my checking account. I did not request or authorize that deposit. My bank attempted to do some type of reversal but was unable to do so. They then began debiting my account. My bank account is now closed. It only said GFG Services on my bank statement and I thought it was Greenlight Funding so I sent them the letter from this website. Now I'm receiving phone calls and letters from a collection company regarding this debt. Apparently the company that deposited the money is Global Funding Group.

Hi, I've been reading through as many threads as I can to find the answers I am looking for, and in the course of staring at the computer, my two toddlers have been destroying my apartment. I apologize, as I'm sure my questions have already been answered in another thread, but I truly appreciate any help offered.
