Hi I have a payday installment loan here in WI. What happens is I default? I do not want to obviously but I can no longer keep up with my payments. Please help.

I had an account with one of WFNNB's client. My husband lost his job and I could no longer afford payment. I'm in the process of filing bankruptcy. I just had a call from the company and the representative was rude. I asked him politely from what company he is calling from and he replied in a low menacing voice " Actually I am the one asking YOU a question and you will answer me..now are you.....? I told him, you are rude and you can drop dead!. I never hide from my creditors, i tell them frankly what is going on. Some of them are polite, some are not.

I want to notifiy them how they are no longer allow to service my account

We have been getting calls from a Mr. Lynch for sometime now and do not return the calls because we are aware that you DO NOT have a debt. How can we be removed from the annoying calls that we receive?

Around late June 2011, I received a call on my cell number. I did not respond because I did not know it. I few minutes later my office number rang. It was a guy stating he was a server and I need to call a 877 number. When I called a guy answered, he stated I took out a payday loan with BMG (????) and they were not able to collect all of the money because my account was closed (this was back in 2008). My account was forced closed by the bank because of NSF. There were deductions coming out that I did not have knowledge of them. I did file with the credit bureaus for identity thief.

I received several letters from attorneys stating that I am being sued by a Michael Scott but I have not been served or notified by the Justice Court. The amount is under $1200. I am a divorced mom, 2 kids to raise and was unable to pay the debt after I was laid off in 2007. I found another job in early 2008 and tried to pay some debt but Hurricane Ike struck and I lost my vehicle (only had liability) and had to find another one. I am just not able to pay the debt. I would like to but am just not able.

Just got money posted to my bank account says from Little Loan Shop but I do not remember even applying to them- regardless have been tryng to find way to contact them to find out what the loan amount and interest is and when due- so far can't even find an e mail address and am a bit worried after seeing some of the posts about them- anyone know how to contact?

My husband is terminally ill and has several pay day loans. Is it possible to consolidate pay day loans? And how would one go about doing so?

I made the mistake of setting up a payment plan with them for a Dell Financial Services account that i was behind on without asking for a written agreement, they took the money out directly from my card, tho, this month they missed it and didnt withdrawl the 180 they agreed to, i have tried to call and speak with a rep to pay it, but i keep getting redirected no joke 4 times to a voicemail, after reading all the comments on them here, i am very concerned as to what they are doing, i was excited to finaly be getting one of the debts i owed paid off, but now im concerned they may be pulling a fa

How do I find out all of my creditors and their contact info so i can find out how much i owe and try to get things settled?
