Yesterday the Sherriff came to my house and served me with two seperate Civil Warrants. One was from Midland Funding LLC for $2911.97. Midland purchased my credit card account from Household Bank. The other is from CACH LLC for $818.85 plus court costs of $155.50. CACH LLC purchased my credit card account from Credit One Bank. CACH LLC is using the attorney Buffaloe & Assoc in Nashville, TN and MIdland Funding LLC is using Mark A Sexton, Hosto, Buchan & Prater out of LIttle Rock, AR. Both court dates are scheduled for August 16th 2011.

Can I just consolidate my payday loans? Right now I have 5 active loans(or I should say my ex took out 5) and I want to pay them off and get out of this situation.

Hi. I have three payday loans currently out. They are as follows Speedy Cash $500 Ace cash express $500 Check intoCash (loans by phone) $300 They are all internet payday loans. I haven't had my account debited yet for repayment, but know that I won't have the money to pay back all loans in full on the day that my paycheck hits my bank. I'm not sure what the laws are in Kansas. Is there an option for a payment plan for the loans, do I contact the companies directly to ask them this? I'm just not sure what to do to get them repaid without my account getting too many overdraft fees.

I know I'm not the only one stuck in this cycle, but I still feel like a fool. I just got paid and my whole paycheck is going to payday loan fees. What do I need to do to get out of this cycle, other than stop getting payday loans. I need guidance on how to get these people to stop taking money from me. I live in Louisiana and I've checked the laws, apparently none of the individuals I'm dealing with are licensed here. They all charge outrageous interest rates, how do they get away with it? I just want my life back.

Are they a good company that's honest and really wants to assist debtors to be debt free without charging high fees?

Need to know what I can do. The loan was for $2250, and they offered to setlle for $1700. I don't have $1700 cash but can I reply back with a payment arrangement outlining dates/amounts that I can pay them back? Like this: $300 7/15 $300 7/31 $300 8/15 $300 8/31 $300 9/15 $200 9/30 What are my options and how should I reply? Adhering to above plan would be difficult but doable...and I would be getting the last "legal" lender off my back.

[COLOR=black]I have just started my road to being debt free from my credit cards. I have made phone calls to all of them. Today I got a call from Chase talking about debt settlement in three months. My Chase account total is ~ 11600 as of now. I have a capital one that is ~18900, and an Associated Bank that is ~7800. My question is when do I start asking for a settlement amount? I can come up with the funds the first of the year to pay them off if they all cut the total at least 1/2.
