hi i have restraunt buissness in patnership 50% each.my partner took half the investment out from account saying that he need it now and will put back after.i dont have any agreement between us.its been 8 months old buissness.my store is suffering from a big depth and when i ask money he says that he used it and even interferring in store operations also.suggest me something...what should i do...

Hi - I recently completed my settlement with Barclay's cc. My settlement agreement stated the last payment was to be made on the 29th of May. The settlement payments were withdrawn from my account and set up with check numbers for each payment to be made. Today I called them asking about my settlement and they say I've defaulted?!!?! because the last payment didn't clear until the next day - the 29th fell on a sunday. All my previous payments all cleared from my account 1 to 2 days later than the date.

Has anyone been reported to Certegy and has not been able to write a check? I went to Publix to buy groceries and my check was declined I called the # provided for Certegy and it said I was reported by several companies that my account was closed. The account the check was written on is not closed. They gave me another # to call and of course they are not open. Any one know anything regarding this ? Thanks

I have 3 storefront payday loans I recently (as in, yesterday) defaulted on. I took them in early June and took a major paycut and could nto make payments. They would not work with me, so I let it default so hopefully I can set up payment arrangements. The loans are: Advance America $500 EZ Money $500 Cash Zone/Cash Biz $500 My question is - will these people do 'field" collections and show up at my home or work?

Hi, This site is so extremely helpful, thank you to everyone who posts here. My bank account is currently overdrawn due to these illegal payday lenders. It's my understanding none of them are legal in VA except the store front ones. I don't have any with store front ones, they are all online. I called the other day to have the hard debit hold put on my account and they wouldn't do it because it was overdrawn. I thought I would be able to take care of the overdrawn amount yesterday but they've now zapped my account multiple times and it's overdrawn $4200.00.

How can I pay off this debt today or Tuesday?

i defaulted on a payday loan from 2007. I had a lady call me saying she was a lead attorney/detective and that i was being charged with theft by deception and fraudulent check writing. i made payment arrangments with her and then decided to cancel my debit card cause i had nothing in writing. no documentation. i was wondering if they can put a lien against my house when the house is not in my name, just my husbands. i live in delaware which is not a common law state. any advise would be apprciated.

Allied is a boiler room operation when asked for corprate office no knows who the owner is or bosses are in the philoppines. theydont give you original proof of debt with your signature these people need to be shut down.
