what is the statue of limitations for a spring 2008 charge off in the state of ny

I have been doing tons of reading on the PDL Forms here, and think I have a good idea of what I need to do. I have 4 Internet PDL's with the following: Magnum Cash Advance Integrity Payday Loans BaySide Loans 500FastCash Earlier this week, I had a random ACH debit appear in my checking account from some "PMT Protection" company. I did not authorize this transaction, and quickly discovered this was a total scam. So... long story short...

I have loans from Sallie Mae in a large amount, both federal and private (200k +). My parents co-signed these loans and I was making payments on a partial payment plan in a timely fashion. Due to issues, my parents recently filed for a Chapter 13. I knew about this, but the fact that they co-signed for my loans escaped our minds. Now, Sallie Mae is aware of this and has put a hold on most of my loans as they are in bankruptcy status - I am only able to repay a few.

Hello I have a student loan that's in default, but I'm currently in a rehab program to resolve it. I've been in it for 3 months. I checked my bank account and noticed a federal payment I'm due was/is being offset and later found out it was because of the default. I contacted ECMC directly to discuss the hardship this offset will cause and the rep said she would remove the offset and I think she did it while I was on the phone.

I sent a DV letter to EOSCCA, and received back a copy of the original statements, from the original creditor.

We recently moved and I underestimated the costs of moving, setting up utilities, extra costs, etc... and so I decided to take out a PDL to help myself along in advance, in hopes of having some things situated a bit more before the move. I've got one payday loan out, through CheckSmart, here in Ohio. I've used them before and as far as I know, I've got no negative marks in their system, as I've always been able to pay them back in full. However, times are a little rougher now and in retrospect, the loan itself was probably not a good idea.

I cosigned for son's student loan and I am not working and my son lost his job and got behind. I set up payment arrangements with Citibank but could not bring the loan current. 45 days deliquent now and they accepted our payments and I even told them I would give them money weekly and they still sent it over to a company for collections. I dont see how they can accept my paynments and still turn me over to collections when the rep told me the loan will remain there and they will accept the payments. Now they are demanding payment in full and threatening to take my house.

i would like to know if i paid all the money for hospital bills to pressler and pressler can they get imposing accrued interest and fees i live in newjersey

very upset with AFNI collection agency settlement on old bank account made tried to ask for 2 different debts be made to current checking account with citizens bank they refused so they will leave my account in the negative I am unemployed and have medical issues

:oops:$300 loan from Seaside Payday lcd online I pay 90. twice a month for two months now. I called them last month and explained I wanted to payoff the loan. But they keep taking 90. every payday . They will not give me a physical address nor fax #. I live in California Are they even legal. Any info on this company would help Please help.:confused:
