I have a balance with East Side Lenders. I am working with a credit counseling company that worked out an agreement with them on June 2nd. East Side Lenders accepted the work out contract. On my next payday they debited my account for 1125.00 in two transactions. I worked with my bank and was able to stop payment on them, but it was purely luck that this worked. Today, I received two calls from them and they don't see the agreement. I said Linda was on the phone with my bank telling my bank that this was an unauthorized ACH and she had an agreement with me and my credit counseling company.
