Hello, I am trying to make arrangements with the 3 pdls that I have, Plain Green $1000. Zip19 for 700. and Allied Cash Advance for 300. I live in the state of Va. I have paid pg 600 and zip19 700 including fees and than I have to reborrow to make ends meet and allied so far 250 and thats mainly interest. Help I can no longer keep this up. what can I do to make arrangements I am planning on closing my bank account and I saw the letter you have drafted , so I plan to send that. and advice would be helpful thanks Do you know anything about Plain Green?

Why, with all their illegal and underhanded activities are these leaches getting judgements in their favour in NJ. Who are these Judges and why are they cooperating against citizens who are often adjudicated against in a court of law without their knowledge or being served. Sounds like there is something very nefarious going on to me.

Hello. I received a summons on June 16, 2011, from my local court (Ohio) that a collection agency is suing me for a credit card debt they 'apparently' purchased in 2007. In 2007, I sent this agency a request for debt validation through certified mail. I received no response. I then sent them a second letter of noncompliance, 30 days later in 2007, requesting they cease and desist based on their failure to verify the debt. This was also sent certified mail.

Discover card keeps selling my account over and over to different collection agencies, non of them validate my debt! I,m on the 5th collection agency.If they never validate my debt and I have all my reciepts of requesting them to, can discover continue to sell the account over and over, what is a legal defense here? These jerks want to play hardball by selling the acccount continuously. I have a lot of hardcore documentation, not one CA validated the debt.Do you sue in small claims or Federal Court?

I'm getting ready to start talking settlements on 7 cards (5 companies) of my husbands. I'm curious when you talk % with these companies if they are going off the new inflated balances or if you can work with the original balance before everything gets tacked on for 4 months. ? I know when I worked the 5 year 0% hardships with my companies that they removed the interest and late fees that had accumulated or credited it back to me. Is it the same story with settlements? I'll start a new thread for the cards we are working on.

So here I am with so many others that fell into the payday loan trap... moving on. I am in Arizona. I have read many posts on here (wonderful info, thank you all!) and I'm not in TOO bad of shape but it's bad enough and I don't want it to get worse and will never even THINK about a payday loan again. I have read enough info on the first lender, MyNextPaycheck, and have already closed my account, emailed them, got a response and am effectively communicating with them via email only.

can you tell me if the following payday lenders are leagle in nh? a.sagamore b. connorstone c.7 day loan d.united cash they are all internet operated and charge huge finace rates not the allowable 36% by nh law. if i close my account and get a new number will they be able to access it? how do I get them out of my accounts.

they have sent me a collections for an account that was closed a long time ago. the account had a 0 balance and i closed it out myself. does any one have any experience with false claims like this.

Hi all. I am embarrassed beyond belief but must ask for help I have several pdl and installments out. Checkngo online installment : borrowed 1450, paid 650 bal is still 1620 Plaingreen loans installment: borrowed 1800, paid 400 bal is 1753. Ezloans store front : borrowed 400 owe 480 Advance America store front : borrowed 850, EPP now for 968/4 I cant kerp paying all of these and letting my normal bills sit. I have emailed checkngo to revoke ACH but no response yet and they won give mailing address.
