These people have been calling me for three weeks now. They have called and cursed out the people in the accounting deptartment. They have harassed ither associates that work with me when answering these calls. They have threatened to get me fired and or arrested. Im not even sure I owe Cashnet any money as I dont remember asking them for any or aggreeing to pay them. How can I find out if this is a legitamite company and if I do owe them any monies.? I did get 3 payday loans but they are either paid off or I am in the proccess of paying them off. I feel very intimidated at this point.

I am trying to buy a home useing my VA. My credit report came back with three in collection. Asset Acceptance llc, PINNACLECredit Services and one called Trojan Profe.. How do I find out what these are for because I do not recall haveing these credit cards and or this medical bill. If I call these people does it mean that I in fact agree that the debt is real and mine. Can a lawyer hold my tax return hostage in regards to get me to do something my ex-wfe wants done? The divorce was finalized back in Feb 2011 and she sent her lawyer the tax return which he will not release to me until I agree to something that was not in the divoce decree.

Good morning, I took out a loan with Sagamore BB and was told at the time that the charge would be begin at $60.00 and go decreasing every pay period by $15.00. In other words, the first fee payment would be $60.00; the second would be $45.00; the third would be $30.00 and so on, regardless of whether or not I made a payment. However, that has not been the case!! Not only do they continue taking out $60.00 each pay period, but have also deducted an additional $30.00 each time, without any explanation or communication from Sagamore!

I live in NY and currently have active PDLs with the following online companies: Everest cash advance originally $400 ($1524 pd) Mynextpaycheck $200 ($350 pd) Yourfastpayday $400 ($120 pd) Loanpoint USA $700 ($840 pd) CCS $800 ($1988 pd) I am drowning and as of next week I will no longer be able to make the minimum payments on these loans. I have been unable to locate much information on these companies. Any help would be appreciated?

I have pulled my credit report and found several items that are not listed that I have letters stating i owe them money and there are one or two items I know nothing about on my credit. I disputed it and no response from trans union. I did receive a letter back but nothing more than just telling me about the investigation of the supposed account. Any ideas?
