Like the title says I'm being sued by bank of america. I got a letter in the mail today by the superior court special civil part and am completely overwhelmed. I have no idea what to do, it says to respond within 35 days but when does that so called 35 days start?... How do I respond? There isn't any forms. Before I went into default, I tried settling a payment plan, asked if they could lower my interest, anything but I was told they couldn't do squat! I couldn't afford my minimum anymore and my minimum was only covering the interest.

Hello everyone, im new to the site but have read some very good advice on here.Anyway my question is this im currently trying to get a $15,000 personal loan to consolidate my debt. Unfortunately my debt is all in personal loans from a family member and my mother.I am currently paying them each $200 per paycheck $400 total every two weeks. this leaves me with enough money to pay my bills and eat and buy gas to go to work.Obviously im beginning to feel the strain of not having any extra cash .

What will the loan company due if I can't pay the loan off, or make a payment on time?

Hi, I currently have four payday loans one store front, and three online, I am having problem paying my rent and car payment because the store front is 445.00 and there name is zoompaydayloans, theyhave worked with me when i cant pay every 9 days, i can push pack another week. I have another on with my cu which is called a line of credit not a payday loan i pay monthly np there it is 250 i pay 50 a month. i got another on from vista holding group for 260.00, an i have one with MyIncomeSciences for 460.00. Any suggesstion I also was going to go with a paydayloan consolidation.:(

How do I properly answer a summons by an attorney's office for a Junk Debt Collector? I do not feel I owe this full amount. Should it be in a specific form or in a letter? I am in the state of Mississippi and it's a Circuit Court summons.

Hi, I got a weird call at my work from what I believe was a Collection Agency. The person had a very strong accent the only thing I got was "collection" an "social security", what could that be?, I am freaking out, they have not call back, but I would like to know what could it be. I am about a year behind in my cc payments. Thanks a lot for your advise.

What can I do? I was fine but got behind so my last paycheck and my entire bank account is wiped out so I still can't pay all of them =5. Only four days late and the threatening calls have started. Best bet? I don't want collections if I can avoid and CCCS and other major debt or credit consolidation companies won't touch pdls Please advise. I'm scared. And flat broke.

This place has called my work everyday for the past 2 weeks, despite the fact I have told them I'm at work. Is there a way to make them stop. They have also started calling my parents house, isn't sharing that kind of information illegal?

So Cash Direct Express won't even return my fax, mail, or email but did send me right to a collection agency. Alliance Asset Managment. They where actually very friendly and say they will send me out the letter of verification/validation immediatly and wait for my call. Any suggestions? To cash direct express I had a loan of 500.00 and have paid 440.00 to them to date. Thanks all for your time you have really been great support and help as I work this nightmare out.
