there were 868 junk a$$ spams when i came on this AM.i spent close to an hour deleting them.unless something is gonna be done about it we MODS should be rewarded for this.i mean this is gonna be my only post today because tomorrow is memorial day,and like yesterday i won't be on.i just used the 45-50min i had today deleting garbage.sorry to vent on a holiday weekend,but that 868 junk spams was pathetic.

How do i get off PAID/CLOSED ACCOUNTS.....meaning i paid the account and now its closed

pressler and pressler send me a letter by certified mail claiming that i owe money. They said that i would have to appear in civil court to clear up this matter or i will have to face severe matters. I don't remember oweing them anything. I just had a stroke,and I have very serious heart trouble. Should I take this matter to the Attorney General? Please help me,because I'm afaird I might get another stroke behind this stress.

I have just been served with papers to sue me for credit card debt from 2008. The company suing is not the credit card company I owed. I assume my account was sold and they are suing for the debt. The statue of limitations for my state is 3 years and has not expired. What are my options of settling this debt. The company suing is out of New Jersey. Am I obligated to that state's SOL too?

I was wondering what the cost is for the consultation and debt management service, and if this is possible to do in Colorado
